Community run blood lab

Has anyone made a blood analysis laboratory? I know some danish trans people who are setting up a blood analysis laboratory based on the Biomerieux Mini Vidas immunoassay analyser. Is there anyone else buying blood analysis machines and/or building trans owned health care infrastructure?
