My story!

Hello,

I am posting to see if there is anyone like me out here. According to my MRI and endocrinologist my Pituitary is diminutive and abnormally small. I have a deformation on the stalk of my Pituitary gland. I also have a microadenoma attached to my Pituitary gland. I have severe hypothyroidism and secondary adrenal insufficiency. I have been under treatment for three years and have yet to see my levels out of the red.

I am currently taking bromocriptine to see if they can shrink the microadenoma. They still don't know why either my body is not absorbing meds or why my gland keeps suppressing my hormones.

I am desperate to feel better and I have yet to find anyone like me in my FB health groups :(
