What helps with crashes/flares that are a week long?- moderate symptoms

Question

It's hot where I live 90-100 F+/32-38C in the summer which is obviously not helpful. A combination of the heat, mensuration, and diarrhea has me absolutely exhausted this week. I've been staying hydrated, keeping up with electrolytes, and staying out of the heat during the hottest parts of the day, and wearing cotton clothes. But just not doing well. Headaches, weak, tired, out of breath, the classics.

Does sleep help? I want to just sleep for hours during the day, but have been trying to keep naps limited to an hr or so. Wondering if I can sleep a bad crash off or if that makes it worse.

Does staying cold in the AC indoors as long as possible help or should I keep my house warmer so it's not such a difference between indoors and outdoors?
