idk if it was a dream or a memory but it just won’t leave my mind and it’s been over a day

yesterday i was taking a nap and i had this weird dream that i was watching someone be sa’d and i remember my body reacting to it irl and i didn’t see their faces so i have no clue if that was like me being assa*lted but i was watching it happen? or a character and its just weird that i actually reacted to it irl like i wasn’t even asleep?
