Bonding and potty training

So, ever since I have adopted a second rabbit and gone through the bonding process. They both stopped using the litter box. Not entirely especially for number 1. But they poop ALL OVER. They both use to be. Theyre not showing any other kinds of territorial issue, they cuddle and groom and binky. HELP idk how to like repotty trained them.
