I feel like a fraud and like i delude myself (23m)

i feel like in an attempt to cope with my extreme insecurities about my face, ive trapped myself in a deluded reality. Every picture i take, the way i style myself daily, my outfits, everything appearance-based i do baseically is a perfectly curated attempt to “sculpt/form” the image of myself i want/envision. I feel like it all adds up to a mediocre/satisfactory result (like i feel that ive succesfully disguised certain features and am kinda acceptable) so ive over time kind of tricked myself into thinking that thats what i look like, even though i know that its all carefully arranged. This weekend i went out with a couple of friends and ever since i saw a pic we took ive kinda been spiraling because i cant believe im actually so ugly. Most pics i take are from very specific angles with specific lighting only when i know i look my best so obviously this 2am drunk group selfie wont be the most flattering, but it highlighted and exaggerated my flaws to a level past what i thought. Even when people tell me irl that i look fine or whatever, or when i get attention/matches on dating apps or comments on social media i can never believe that they could actually think im attractive because ive probably chosen good pictures and kind of decieved them. Its all an endless cycle.
