New to printing and thinking of buying P1S AMS 2 Combo what else do I need?

Hey Bambu community.

New to the 3d printing world and thinking of getting the P1S AMS 2 Combo, would y'all recommend this printer or something else?

Also realized there are so many random things in the checkout like:
* Bambu Dual-Texture PEI Plate

* Bambu Hotend - P1 Series

* Anti-Vibration Feet

* PLA Basic

*...

I'm kind of overwhelmed... Which one do I need? How did y'all get started?
