Surgery??

hello i had a few incidents when i was 12-13 but i never rly told anyone. Few months ago i told my family and my parents have been asking me abt having hernia surgery where it repairs and i become like a virgin again. does nayonme know Proper name for it and also if they do it in canada. and also is it safe to do and will it cause any complications? this also may be cultural, we R arab. im 17 now also And i had never rly worried abt that issue but now like ??? Idk
