Why does Will Wood have identical songs?

I've noticed that some of Will Wood's songs are litterally identical despite being in different albums and having different names. For example "Outliars and Hyppocrates: a fun fact about apples" and "I Lied About the Apple Thing " are completely identical but are named differently and the second one is even two seconds longer than the first one. This question bothers me for a long time yet I can't find any discussions about this online.
