Chicago Surgery

Hi everyone, I’m thinking about starting the process for bariatric surgery.

I’d like to know if any of you have experience or know of places where I could get the surgery done in the Chicago area?

I’d also like to know if health insurance covers this type of surgery and what the costs might be.
