Inconsistent behaviour between Eufy apps across devices?

I don't know what's happening but on my iPhone, the Eufy iPad App (up to date) shows that half the cameras cannot be connected/is offline. As soon as I open the iPhone app, everything is fine. The Eufy web portal seems to be a mixed bag as well, some cameras just don't connect as well.
