Crafting caster belts early

I’m lvl 68 right now farming for Magefists and Vipermagi with my ssf sorc. I was wondering if I should craft a belt to help me get the 60 fhr breakpoint (55 from Spirit sword) and possibly 10 fcr so I’d need only one ring to reach 105 with perfect Spirit, Magefists and Vipermagi.

Can it roll with some nice @s at this level? I could stay in nm till 75-77 of course.
