The game keeps freezing for long periods of time and causes me to time out.

I got this game to play with friends after going on a coh2 binge. I got through the tutorial just fine, but on my first actual game with my friends, it froze for a good 20 minutes, which caused me to time out. And the problem persists to this day. The longest game I have played was about 20 minutes before it froze. I've done everything to try to fix it, I've put all my settings on minimum and disabled all the 2 mods we got to work. It has gotten to the point where if I try to load in the game, there is a 60% chance it will freeze for like 40 minutes.
