I killed 4 women in my dream but it wasn't like a nightmare

What I remember is, I was in my older brothers bedroom and I was in it, then there were these 4 women, they weren't strange or anything just pretty women

And I was some reason worried because appearantly there was some sort of infection going on and I had to kill the women for some reason

I told them this and they didn't feel terrified or scared just "uh, oh ok" and I grabbed a knife from out of thin air like I just have a knife suddenly and I cut the throats of each of them

(There were 4 women but I think i only cut 3 throats I'm not sure because in a later scene one of them was still alive)

Then this is the most disturbing part for me was after I cut thier throats I said "I hope this is a dream"

My brothers room has a window that leads outside but in my dream it has a balcony with a door leading to it, the room in real life doesn't have that

And I walked out into the balcony and on it all 4 women were there 3 of them laying dead after I cut thier throats and 1 was sitting down chilling looking at her phone next to the bodies not disturbed by it at all

Then I look outwards

After that I changed perspectives

I saw myself standing on the balcony of my house in my dreams And like near my house like a good distance were big giant buildings like factories just a wall with smoke stacks on them
