AIO My girlfriend’s best friend is in love with her.

Hey! My gf recently disclosed to me that while she and her best friend who is bi, were drinking, her friend said, “do you ever think that if I didn’t get married after college we would have lived together and fallen in love?” After she told me this is said “that’s so weird” and tried to continue to talk about it. She shut me down and said “I knew I shouldn’t have told you, I regret telling you that.” Sometimes there seems to be conversations my gf doesn’t want to have or I get shut down quickly, especially pertaining to this friend.

Am I overreacting? Should I have been shut down that quickly? Is this weird?
