Helis at 8.3 OP

What exactly are you supposed to do against Helis at this BR? They're standing off at some distance of 3-4 km firing off missiles and retreating, there's no proper counter measure. And even SPAA seem utterly ineffective, the most effective counter I've been able to thing of is using APFSDS.
