How tf is this fair???

Been trying to clear panthers advance challenge and for the life of me i cant get past the falcon one. 6 is unfair in the time they give you. Miss your first lance? Restart. Miss more than one down the line? Restart. Wanna try and stun them? Nope, magically boost away after 1-2 hits despite an overhead should be stun locking them like a real match. Any tips on clearing this BS? I know to aim where they're going not where they're at but by the 4th one im always short on time.
