German Student Visa – Bangalore or Delhi Consulate? Processing Time?

Hi everyone,

I’ll be applying for my German student visa next week. Although my passport has a Delhi address, I’ve been working in Bangalore for the past 2 years, so I’m planning to apply through the Bangalore Consulate.

Just wanted to check with others here:

• Is it okay to apply from Bangalore given my situation?
• How much time is the visa processing currently taking in Bangalore and Delhi consulates?
• Has anyone recently applied from either location and can share their timeline?
