Are instance/delve portals, hearthstone and flightpaths broken for anyone else since the latest update?

In the last few days, I have noticed that delve portals, as well as my hearth etc does not work for me after being online for a few minutes. I need to relog in order to have them work. Hearth sends me nowhere, and the delve portals just lock me into the staging area outside the delve.

When I was in Dawnbreaker follower dungeon taking a shortcut to Hallowfall, I left the group hoping it would boot me, but it just chain counted down from 5 and did not kick me out of the dungeon.

Surely this cannot be happening to just myself?
