Is there a comprehensive list of all currently available fast/zero effort travel options?

The thread posted earlier today about being able to fast travel to subway stations after buying the garment factory got me thinking about this. I am aware of the following:

• The aforementioned subway warps

• Accept a heist invite on your phone from Lester to warp to your facility or high end apartment

• I think you can call your assistant to request a helicopter pickup?

• Call Merryweather for a helicopter pickup

• Call a taxi and have them drive you

I'm pretty sure there are others, but not exactly sure what they are. Bonus points if there are any I'm missing where you get warped directly where you're going instead of having to sit through watching a driver or pilot get you there.
