You can give citations to cortex members and make them lose anemnecytes.

If someone execute you while in this fate, they lose 25 anemnecytes no matter what.

You can be corrupt if you want since corrupt governments are part of dictatorships

You also have access to the announcement screens, and you can say whatever you want there. Instead of the default announcements on the radio, it will have yours.
