I finally folded the laundry that’s been haunting me for 9 days. I feel like I just won a mini boss fight.
I know it sounds silly. But that pile of clean laundry in the corner? It’s been silently judging me for over a week.
Every time I walked past it, I thought:
“I’ll do it later.” “It’s just clothes.” “Why is this so hard?”
But today, I played music, set a timer for 10 minutes, and folded every last shirt and sock. And when I was done, I just stood there and stared at the empty basket like I’d just climbed a mountain. 🧺⛰️
It’s a tiny win, but it’s also a mental win. I didn’t just fold laundry I did the thing I’ve been avoiding. I broke the pattern. And now I feel 2% lighter inside.
That counts, right?
