Looking for Personal Stat Social Sims (first person preferred)

I'm more than familiar with Princess Maker and Long Live The Queen, but more specifically I've been playing Persona 5 X recently and it got me back into the mood of grinding stats like eloquence/bravery/knowledge/etc. to meet arbitrary checks (or suffer the consequences).

I'd prefer something a little more geared towards first person POV or at least being the character (Atlus games again as the prime example- namely Metaphor and Persona) as opposed to being responsible for taking care of somebody else (the Princess Maker Parent framework), but if you think the game is worth recommending despite that, I'm not going to say no. Also, I don't mind either way whether there's a time limit involved or not.
