Macross sequel series (7, Frontier, Delta) first episodes officially released on YouTube with English subtitles
Macross as an entity made its first official solo booth appearance at Anime Expo over the holiday weekend.
One of the more anticipated updates from the staff was the status of some of the series on US-edition Blu-ray, for which AllTheAnime has picked up Macross Frontier and Macross Delta. (Somewhat rescuing the whole business from the limbo caused by Crunchyroll engulfing Nozomi Entertainment and RightStuf.)
To go along with that, there was a panel screening of the first episodes of Macross II, Macross Plus OVA, Macross 7, Macross Zero, Macross Frontier, and Macross Delta.
Which brings us to the matter in this post, which is that the official Macross channel on YouTube currently has the first episodes of Macross 7, Macross Frontier, and Macross Delta available, with English subtitles.
For Frontier and Delta, these are the normal TV broadcast versions, not the later Blu-ray edits.
The rest of these series are available on Disney+/Hulu, though "worldwide" primarily means the USA.
