Why does weed make me more autistic?

I can't hope but realize that weed makes me so aware of the fact that I am slightly autistic (yes I am diagnosed). I swear it does something to me that just makes me want to curl up in a ball and not talk to anyone so I can just watch my nerdy little YouTube vids by myself. is there any like formal explanation for this or is it just the fact that weed makes masking a little harder?
