My (21F) bf(21M) makes diddy party jokes

We were talking on the phone and he brought up a username he had in his game, he’d made it something similar to diddyparties. I said oh! that’s kind of gross and he’s saying it’s just boy humor but it bothers me how he just brushes it off. The thing is he’s very kind and gentlemanly when he’s with me but it’s makes me start to lose feelings for him when he jokes like that. Is this actually something most guys joke about? I really like him and this is the first time he’s made that joke(around me) but it just makes me grossed out by him now idk
