How do you set R1T to allow service?

Getting song dings out of my R1T by a PDR who was referred to me by Rivian. He normally comes to their service center to perform work. I managed to get him to come to me. Is there anything I need or can do besides handing him a card for the truck? Thanks for your help in advance.
