Filed for gerd, just found out I have esophageal strictures.

As title says I have a pending claim for Gerd but just had a colonoscopy and endoscopy and found out I have esophageal ulcer and strictures. Would like opinions on how I should proceed. A new claim or wait until decision and then file. Only on step three of current claim.
