Dropbox to Instagram automation

I need help I am trying to build an automation that watches a public dropbox folder and when photos are dropped in there, it automatically creates Instagram Ground post. However, I’m not having any luck with getting a public link to the photos from dropbox. Anyone have any suggestions? Have you done anything like this?
