Got prescribed antidepressant, mom suddenly became irritated, is that normal

Picked up my meds, I was pretty discrete with what they were even to my mom but she got the idea and immediately started to mock depression and laughed about suicidality(never said I was) and started to slam the brakes hard, throw the empty water bottle into the backseat harshly, these weird physical behaviors to indicate she's not happy she's been doing my entire life, such as slamming pantry doors, slamming cups on the table etc. She's Russian so I don't know if this is a cultural thing. Is any of this normal?? I have no words.
