Full computer wipe, can I save my progress?

Really crude title but I'm going to do a full computer reset/wipe. I've had it for 5ish years and this I'm terrible with tech. It has an insane amount of viruses. I actually use Opera because my chrome is stuck with a weird bear screen and always takes me to yahoo.

Anyways, is there any way I can save my progress on games? Theres games that have save data on whatever device you're on, even if it's the same account. Is there any way I can keep the save data? Cloud doesn't work, so I'm kinda lost.
