Online work as a doctor?

Hello, I am a Mexican doctor with a job offer in Germany to train as a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy. Frankly, I would not want to work all the time in a hospital and I would like to know if it is possible to provide online care to patients (either as a psychiatrist or psychotherapist) after finishing the specialty. I ask this because I have noticed that in general psychiatrists usually work in hospitals (and a few in Praxis) but I don't know if giving online therapy is a real and viable work possibility, and if it is how it works and what are the rules to follow.
