Anyone ever get severe stomach discomfort after taking this drug?

I woke up last night, about 48 hours after my last dose, with severe stomach pain, almost what I imagine an ulcer would feel like - like a gnawing, burning sensation high up in my abdomen, where my actual stomach is (not intestinal). Before this my stomach felt slightly uncomfortable. I didn't do very much GHB and I take it infrequently. I wouldn't think it had anything to do with the GHB except this exact same thing happened after taking phenibut a couple years ago. But that time I woke up very nauseous and the nausea didn't go away for over a year. It was awful. I definitely don't want that to happen again, so I'm wondering if GHB can cause this?
