2 years of unlimited free charging still available ?

I got this email from official MB id (for my 2024 EQB 300 4Matic lease - last week) saying I'll be getting 2 years free unlimited (30 min) charging at EA locations.

Is this still available or expired ? (If so why would MB sends these emails ?)

even though I have activated MB charge , I still see charges on my credit card after charging at EA (even if I initiate charge from MB app)
