Ceramic Brake Pad Recommendation For 2021 X3 M40i

Hey all, it's about that time. My brake pads are getting low, and I'm also interested in having less brake dust all over my wheels...

A friend recommended Centric Posi Quiet Ceramic Pads. Has anyone else here had them before or recommend any others? Bonus points if you can tell me if ceramic brake pads will void any BMW warranties. Thanks so much, appreciate it!
