Looking for Support in Kansas

My grandmother is going through some form of Alzheimer’s/Dementia.

I’m in Kansas and we can’t find a health care service for my grandmother as they will not take her Medicare plan. I’m curious if anyone might know any that will transition over to Medicaid ASAP. We no longer are able to keep her in the home the caretaker stress has become too much for me and the two others individuals involved, a lack of family and doctor support hasn’t helped.
