Ideas that came to me while eating a sandvich

Bounty isn't very useful except for being the reason the police follow you. I suggest the bounty be a small "boost" that increases the money you earn. It would be good for new players.

Make donuts and juice (Asimo energy drinks) rechargeable consumables, something like TF2.

If point number 2 isn't possible, maybe they could put donut and juice vending machines in some key parts of the map.

REWORK ARREST AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, ahem, make it so you can be arrested when you only have low health... or when you're tased or knocked down.
