Need serious help with account recovery

Ok so I'm trying to recover my account from when I was like 14-15 as my old phone is destroyed and I couldn't get any of my passwords along with having a new # and Everytime I try to get into it it's trying to send a text to a number I can't remember (before I had my old phone). Is there anything I can do or are all my old photos and accounts gone to the wind
