iOS Voice Calls still not working

Hi everyone! I've been unable to use the voice call function on my iPhone for several weeks now. I've tried everything, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app, adjusting permissions, and more. I've reached out to support, and they never respond to my requests. Is anyone facing similar issues? I'm able to use the feature online in the browser, but it's frustrating that I can't use it over the phone. As someone who is paying for Ultra, I feel like this is becoming a waste of money.
