My girlfriend F18 told me M20 shes gonna take college serious and is worried about us

Me (M20) and my girlfriend (F18) have been ldr for almost 2 months, since we got to know each other during her summer break we kinda have a consistent schedule where we text/call almost everyday (even sleep calls everyday) her family and friends (same as mine) supports as very much and im planning to meet her in the next 3 weeks!

she wanted to have a serious talk earlier and talk about her college life she said shes worried about us, since shes NOT gonna have much time for me like how frequent we would talk/call during her summer, and is worried what if i overthink alot if she isn't online that much. im usually a person who overthinks so much whenever they don't talk to me for a long time even if i know they're busy with something and sometimes i just assume stuff like they hate me already or lost interest, but in reality its just my stupid head trying to make me feel bad because of overthinking

now i wanna ask some advices because i don't know what to do to make this relationship work, especially if shes busy with college.
