Episodes where the nasty owner gets a satisfying comeuppance?

A friend of mine is determined to find an episode that has a cathartic punishment or comeuppance of some sort for the shitty owner/ head chef.

Just an episode where someone really rotten gets properly put in their place. Anyone got any suggestions?? I believe in this sub!
