My account was shadow banned for “spam”?

I have made numerous appeals but i have not gotten a single response. I was told that my account was marked for spam but i literally never even post!! I don’t even know if this post will be visible to anyone but idk what else to do since i have tried contacting reddit but to no avail :/ what else can I do?
