I forgot to accept my specialist by July 5th....

Hi, I was just talking with my friends and I realized that when I applied to my program and was invited, I missed the email that told me to accept (it was during exam season so I was really preoccupied). Would I need to call my register office to reapply or is there another way around this? Thank you
