Anyone who has been suicidal can you give me advice please

Ive been having suicidal thoughts so i called my emergency services and contacted hotlines and they didn’t do much , they referred me to somewhere but i wont be seen for just a consultation for over two weeks so an actual session wouldn’t be any time soon and i feel like i need help now. Should i go to the emergency room or will they do nothing too? Im kind of nervous about what they will do or say too though.
