Help with church live-streaming?

Questions

• Budget: up to 2,000 dollars but prefer to be lower • Country:USA • Condition:New • Type of Camera: ? Something to record and broadcast with • Intended use: as the audio and visual coordinator for my church I’ve been tasked with setting up an improved live-streaming and recording experience. I thought back to churches I had previously worked at. My idea is to have 3 stationary cameras covering the whole church (small church) from which we can record as well as livestream from. The idea is to have 3 cameras so no matter where the pastor or speaker goes we can switch to them without having anyone needing to manually move a camera. This is a small town church and many members are elderly, we do not have the volunteers to have cameras on tripods that people move around. I want to be able to control and monitor these cameras from a computer next to the sound board. How would this be achieved? What software should be used to grab footage from all of them and also livestream it? What hurdles can I expect to face? Is there a way to remotely zoom in and out? • If photography; what style: • If video what style: livestream and general recording with very minimal editing • What features do you absolutely need: livestream capability while recording. Ability to operate and switch between all 3 • Portability: doesn’t apply • Cameras you're considering: not a big camera guy, I need to learn and understand. I figured this would be the best place to get some starting help • Cameras you already have: iPhones but they don’t serve the capabilities we need • Notes: I’m sorry if I did anything wrong with this post, I just could use a few perspectives! I’m quite experienced in audio and have operated some large cameras for other churches but this is a pretty new thing for me to take on. Any help is appreciated, thank you!
