Pc randomly crashes with high gpu fan speed rx6500 xt and Ryzen 5 4500

I have a pc with configuration Cpu Ryzen 5 4500 Ram 2*8gb with xmp 3200 without 2666 Gpu rx6500 xt

The system randomly crashes while playing games sometimes after the game is just closed and or some time even if I keep the player idle in game

Everytime the crash happens like the image shown or like in the similar way and GPU fans go toax speed as soon as it crashes Sometimes when the system restarts the GPU is found disable in the device manager section and need to enable from there and restart th system

Can anyone help is it the GPU gone or the power supply
