Clinical Psychologists?

A bit of medical history for contextualisation: I've been on daily dose of mainly lithium and other drugs for quite some time. I got prescribed at university in a different state I was living for a couple of years until about now. I do not have the prescription on me that I used to get a monthly supply.

However, I'm out of meds. I'd failed to notice I didn't bring my prescription. One day in I got a withdrawal so bad I don't have it in my heart to describe. A week in I've had multiple mood swings and I'm sure my parents are sick of my presence and actions and overall mood. I've grown dependent on the drugs. Thankfully no suicidal idealtion yet. Moreover, I got a heavy student discount back in college and since it was a govt. uni all meds were cheap anyway. I'm not sure how much they cost here. For these reasons I've decided to go off the pill.

So do you guys know any clinical psychologists based in Ahmedabad? And I mean clinical; I don't want any more counsellors pushing "mindfulness". They've never worked for me and based on the prescription and its effects the problem is much more serious than what's on the counsellor's paygrade. Queer friendly would be nice but I'm in no position to bargain (beggars choosers).
