TPU not working

I just got TPU filament to try out. I've used all recommended settings I can find.

• Nozzle Temp: 210°C
• Bed Temp: 60°C
• Wall thickness 2mm
• layer height 2mm
• Speed 20-25mm/s
• initial speed 15mms
• tired Brim and it wouldn't even stay down
• Fan 40% power

It had it printing but it would start sagging mid print so I adjusted to these settings and now it won't even stick to the bed. Anyone got any tips and experience with this stuff?
