OBGYN / primary care and derm Recs

Hi BWT- I'm moving to the East Bay in early August from Chicago and currently have the best set up where my primary care doc is also my OBGYN so she does it all in one go. Do you all have any recs for either, bonus if it's the same setup? Also any dermatologists you love? I am open to anywhere in SF, Marin, or East Bay and am going to be right next to BART.
