Is it a mucocele ?

Sorry for my poor English.
I had a bump in my mouth about three weeks ago. It looked like it had some fluid inside, but it mostly felt like flesh. It wasn't painful and didn’t cause any discomfort. This bump swelled up twice, the second time was possibly due to eating spicy food, and then shrank down significantly.
These past few days, it has gotten even smaller.
Do you think it’s healing completely, or is it likely to come back again?
